  47.              past. Quail Stripper removes the HTML codes from the file,
  48.              without touching the text.
  49. U2D.ZIP      U2D : Convert Unix text files to MS-DOS
  50.              U2D is a Windows 3.1 program which converts Unix text file line
  51.              endings to MS-DOS format. U2D is an example of a Windows
  52.              "drag-and-drop" application. To convert a file, all you have to
  53.              do is to click on a file in the Program Manager, drag it to the
  54.              U2D icon and drop it off. U2D can process multiple files at a
  55.              time.

  133.              (former 2PAT) can't export XI's nor can handle wildcards.
  134. VOC2SND.ZIP  Voc2Snd - A Creativ Voice file to Macfile convertor
  135.              This program takes a .VOC files (as made by Sound Blaster's
  136.              VREC command) and converts it to a .SND file used by REMAC and
  137.              by Macintosh machines.

  139.              into something Scream Tracker III can use as a sample. You can
  140.              put regular voc files into ST3, however, there are annoying

  176. DXF2TRI.ZIP  Dxf2tri,  DXF polyline/polygon to triangle converter
  177.              This is a utility that extracts polyline shapes from a DXF file
  178.              and breaks them down into individual triangles. The polylines
  179.              are assumed to be closed, planar (2D) polygons. This program
  180.              only deals with POLYLINE entities and ignores all other
  181.              entities in the DXF file. All properties (color, line type) are
  182.              ignored.

  184.              Program that will convert a Windows icon (*.ico) into a Windows
  185.              bitmap (*.bmp). A lot of graphics editing programs will open
